Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be tasked with the role of Sales Coordination and will work with stakeholders to generate more revenue for the hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate
sales effort with General Manager, Head of Sales and other team members
Quote,
follow up, negotiate, contract, complete a sale and receive feedback
Handle
CRM, provide relevant MIS reports on
Sales Performance to Management
Handle
Instant Messaging
Reach
customers through instant messaging, gate crashing and cold calling
Establish,
develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve
agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a given time period
At least
two years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
Proven
sales experience
Good
Negotiation Skills
Excellent
written communication
Being
adaptable to change and a fast learner
Relationship
management skills
Ability
to handle B2B and B2C seamlessly
Highly
proficient in MS Office – MS Excel and MS Word
Moderately
Proficient in GSuite – Gmail
Ability
to learn and use new software applications at ease
