including health, leave, travel, and our unique point-based benefits program.
You will advise teams across the company regarding benefits questions,
procedures, and how our programs can help them meet their needs. As we grow,
you’ll help us envision and create new programs so we can continually offer our
team the best possible experience.
- Daily plan administration of all Fenix benefits programs (health and
travel insurance, wellness programs, leave administration, salary
advances, and points-based benefits) - Partner with and serve as point person for external service
providers, and collaborate with the ENGIE team, and Fenix’s Finance and
Talent departments to ensure seamless execution of benefits that are
responsive to employees, compliant with all relevant legal requirements,
and ensure accuracy and data-integrity - Educate team and be a point of contact about benefits programs,
ensuring quick resolution of any questions or issues that arise - Ensure integrity of participant and plan data and suggest areas of
process improvement - Identify areas for improvement from the micro to the macro, keep
track of benefits plan trends, and think big to come up with innovative
new programs and ways to deliver an amazing experience to our team - Assess benefit plan trends, investigate new programs, improve
existing programs and assess administrative costs and recommend cost
containment strategies - Conduct analyses of service providers, insurance plans, etc and
develop recommendations to continually improve Fenix’s benefits offerings
- The ideal candidate for the Global Benefits Administrator job must
hold a Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum of three years of experience in HR or finance administering
employee benefits programs or highly relevant experience - Proven track record executing in a fast moving, detail oriented
environment with a commitment to effective communication and customer
service - High levels of maturity, integrity, attention to detail, and follow
through - Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Excel (vlookups and
pivot tables), word processing and presentation tools - Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
and benefit contract language - Derives a high level of satisfaction from being highly responsive
and timely in dealing with individual issues – we want our internal
customers (our team) to be taken care of just like we take care of our
external customers - HRIS experience
