Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with identifying procurement needs of the organization
- In charge of reviewing purchase requisitions,
- Awarding Supplier tenders or Preferred Supplier Agreements and
supervising performance of contractors, suppliers - Day-to-day procurement duties for the organization
- Supplier relationship management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Whave Procurement Officer job must hold
a Degree in Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other
related courses - Membership of professional oodles in procurement preferably in CIPS
or equivalent is an added advantage - A minimum of two years of experience working with a non-governmental
organisation or private business - Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
