Job Summary: The District Commodity Support Specialist
will provide inventory management Support to Health Facilities and Delivery of
Health Commodities as per route plans and quality protocols.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Health facilities within districts to maintain effective
inventory management practices. - Interpret and Upload Health commodity inventory records and Orders
onto Web based LMIS using mobile devices. - Effectively communicate with health facilities to facilitate support
activities and efficient delivery of commodities. - Understand BLL Delivery & Proof of Delivery process as per LMIS
& quality SOPs. - Receive and execute delivery instructions within districts on a
daily basis as per delivery protocols in place. - Manage health commodities under your custody, maintaining them in
proper temperature and safe, tamper proof condition up to delivery and
account for product delivered and or returned to base via electronic and
manual systems in place. - Maintain assigned vehicle(s) in good mechanical condition to deliver
product. Observe all traffic regulations during deliveries.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Supply Chain field or Diploma in
Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field - At least two years of health commodity management
- Prior field experience.
- Class A & B Driving Permit Preferred
- Speak, Read and Write Good English
- Proficient Use of Google maps on Android and / or Similar Routing Smart
Phone Apps.
