Senior Clients Services Officer
Stores is an autonomous Corporation that was established by an Act of
Parliament 1993. Our mandate is to procure, store and distribute medicines and
other medical supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.
carry out counter sales of medical supplies and drugs.
- Receiving customer laboratory orders and initiating order processing
in line with set procedures - Handling technical customer inquiries to customer satisfaction
according to pharmaceuticals standards of selling drugs and NMS procedures - Monitoring consumption rate versus shelf life of stock in accordance
with NMS sales procedure - Matching customer needs with available stock including advising
customers on probable alternatives - Preparing sales monthly reports in line with the sales and marketing
plan - Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that service area
requirements are fully met - To identify any risk(s) noted during the course of execution of your
duties and formally report to your immediate supervisor - Suggest and advise SCSO on service improvements
- The applicant for the National Medical Stores (NMS) Clients Services
Officer job must hold a Diploma in Biomedical Laboratory Technology or
Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology - A minimum of two years of working experience
- Additional training in Customer Service is an added advantage
- Computer literacy skills
