Job Summary: The Administration Officer will be based in
the Whave Kumi office and the main duties will be preparing and payment of
invoices, track budgets, expenditure, and provide financial reports under
specific funder format, management of company bank accounts and petty cash
including preparing monthly and yearly accounts to be audited, assist in
arranging and facilitating meetings, training , workshops and other events,
Office filing and procurement & Oversight of office supplies & Travels
to the Head Office in Kampala for meetings and accountabilities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Whave Administration Officer – Kumi job
must hold a Degree in Accounting or related courses. - CPA & ACCA are added advantages
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with a non-governmental
organisation or private business - Extensive understanding and experience in Quickbooks
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages, High level of
integrity, honesty and professionalism - Knowledge of Ateso language is a MUST.
