Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of preparing and payment of invoices
- Research, prepare and supply information on general company issues
or project specific issues as required - Keenly track budgets, expenditure, and provide financial reports
under specific funder format - Management of company bank accounts and petty cash including
preparing monthly and yearly accounts to be audited.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Whave Administration Officer Kamuli job
must hold a Degree in Accounting, Business Admin or other accounting
related course. - CPA & ACCA are added advantages
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with a non- governmental
organisation or private business - Broad knowledge, understanding and experience in Quickbooks
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office packages and high level of
integrity, honesty and professionalism. - Lusoga/ Luganda is a must.
