Job Summary:  The Account Manager will be responsible for
revenue generation and maintaining strong relationships with clients and
prospects to effectively manage the sales process and act as brand ambassador
effectively and consistently positioning the Company solutions. The role holder
must have excellent technical ICT knowledge.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Responsible
for driving revenue, profitability and sales growth for the company in the
region.
·        
Define
and align the go to market strategy for each solution and appropriately execute
a sales plan in the region.
·        
Forecast
sales trends, pipeline and plan activities and resources effectively for the
country.
·        
Build
effective partnerships internally and externally to drive business and position
Techno Brain in the market.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The applicant
must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
·        
Professional
Qualifications
·        
Relevant
professional qualification
·        
At least
eight years of relevant experience with two years’ experience in supervisory
level
·        
Sales
experience in IT consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
·        
Experience
in managing Regional or Country sales operations, sales force
·        
Deep
understanding of IT Solutions and products in enterprise and Public Sector
Segments.
·        
Experience
in working on large tenders, creating business opportunities
·        
Experience
in managing large bid process, related documentation, pricing and competitor
analysis
·        
Working
experience in African market, handling both public and private sector clients
Personal Attributes

Demonstrate

Ability
to communicate both inside and outside the organisation, Formal presentation.
