Investment Limited operates hotels around Kampala and western Uganda. These
hotels are medium – large size in operations.
- Lay and prepare the service areas such as restaurants, bars,
swimming pool, health club, gardens to make them ambient to users. - With a smile welcome clients to the hotel, direct them to the
respective service points and offer them seats - Take orders from clients and place orders to the respective service
centers (kitchen, bar, health club, swimming pool , reception) - Deliver the ordered service to the client in timely manner
- Receive payments for the service rendered
- Return balance with receipts
- Say thank you the client with a smile and request client to come
again. - Apologize for what did not go well
- Assist resident client to the rooms and explain how to use room
appliances such as switches, TV, showers, intercom, air conditioners etc. - Assist resident clients on check outs to carry their luggage and
make payment of bills hustle free.
- The applicant must hold an O’ level certificate with additional
qualifications in catering, hotel management, hospitality, customer care. - Advanced level diploma and degree holders with additional training
and or experience in the relevant disciplines can also apply. - Additionally, prospective candidates should possess excellent
communication skills. - Good computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Excellent demeanor
- Demonstrable evidence of superb dress code and personality
- Very good team work
- The officers will be reporting to Customer Care Supervisor
