Job Summary: The Guest House Manager will have day to day
responsibility for all aspects of Emmaus Guest House including the recruitment
and management of a committed team of people creating a guest house experience
which is second to none in Kampala. He/she will be responsible for the creation
and execution of an effective marketing plan, working with the Head of Finance
to create financial budgets for the business and successful execution of the
same. The role also includes the effective management and execution of all day
to day operations including front-of-house (reception and reservations), food
and beverage operations and housekeeping.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a BSc/BA in hospitality management, hotel
management or any related course. - Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least two years of proven experience in Guest House management
- Solid understanding of guest house procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of hospitality quality standards is an added advantage
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office
