Job Summary: The Finance Officer will be responsible for
accounting and financial management of PMC’s program in Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in accounting, finance or
business, with a minimum of five years of experience - Up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer
applications (experience with QuickBooks preferred) - Prior experience with non-governmental organizations strongly
preferred - Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
skills - Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team –oriented and multi-cultural
environment - Effective time management skills
- Flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours
