responsible for the overall implementation of the vocational skills trainings
to victims of human trafficking (beneficiaries). S/he will oversee the
efficient and effective running of the vocational skills activities while also
providing monitoring and evaluation tools to assess progress against agreed
objectives. He/she will be expected to attend devotions and be an example to
others through their faith and walk with God.
- Assess the vocational skills needs and interest of beneficiaries
- Provide career and technical guidance to beneficiaries
- Map vocational training institutions and centers and build
relationships with relevant ones - Assign beneficiaries to different vocational skills trainings based
on the identified needs and interest - Develop appropriate, measurable vocational goals and objectives
- Implement vocational and or life skills trainings as needed by the
project - Assess vocational development of the beneficiaries
- Collect and maintain accurate vocational skills training project
data - Keenly monitor and mentor beneficiaries and record
development/progress - Provide written report of beneficiaries’ progress
- Respond promptly to questions and beneficiaries concerns
- Participate in trafficking prevention outreaches as assigned
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss and resolve staff and
program issues and concerns - Work collaboratively with other colleagues, partners and
stakeholders - Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors
and all staff. - Promote the best interest of the organization.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor

job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education or
related fields. - A minimum of three years of vocational programming or job skills
training experiences, working experience with repeatable NGOs is
preferable - Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills. - Good report writing, good spoken and written English skills, ability
to demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural/ethnic diversity of the service
population and to be sensitive to the needs of special populations. - Computer proficient.
