Job Summary: The Traffic & Billing Coordinator will
book all client orders in accordance with specifications and capture revenue
for aired advertisements for invoicing within agreed terms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compiles booked advertisements into a daily commercial schedule that
is shared with programming. - Checks to confirm that all the booked advertisements were compiled
for airing in the DTS A - Follows—up on pending orders with the Sales Executives and pending
production jobs for sponsored promos to ensure that they are completed and
ready for airing - Captures the booked revenue in the database and signs off the orders
to accounts for billing - Confirms with the commercials monitoring agencies that all the aired
commercials are captured to facilitate payment by clients - Confirms with the commercial logs for the next day and signs off to
the Scheduling Business Managers, Advertising Manager and Managing
Director
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Traffic & Billing Coordinator must
hold a University degree majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting - Professional: ACCA or CPA (desirable)
- Two years of experience in traffic and billing (preferably in media)
- Ability to work long hours in a fast paced environment
- Have a keen eye for detail and be highly organized
- Work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other computer skills
- Experience in reconciling accounts
