Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Customer Support Engineer must hold a Masters/Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Science or ICT or equivalent - At least four to five years’ experience with installation,
configuration and maintenance of RISC Servers, Intel Servers & Storage
systems like Netapp, IBM, HP or DELL, along with a demonstrated capacity
through certifications from brand vendors like IBM/ HP or SUN(Oracle)/EMC. - Knowledge & certification on Backup Software will be an advantage.
- VMWare VCP 6.5 certification is a big advantage
- The applicant must have been engaged in a similar capacity with
ability to oversee & maintain project time lines on implementation/installations
of Servers, Disaster Recovery solutions at critical DR sites along with a
sound knowledge of SAN environments.
