Job Summary: The Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting
will ensure proper financial reporting to all stakeholders in line with the
accounting policy and the regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with the preparation and submission of daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly & semi-annual BOU reports. - Fixed Assets Management.
- Reconciliation of all savings related GLs (Balance Sheet) &
other payables. - Preparation and submission of Income tax return to Tax consultant.
- Review and analysis of off balance sheet items & Liaising with
Credit to confirm accuracy. - Execution of Grant Amortizations & Reconciliation of Grants
& Designated funds balances. - Supervision of Accountants in the department.
- Provision of Financial Information to all stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Finance Trust Bank (FTB) Senior Accountant –
Financial Reporting job opportunity should hold a degree in the accounting
field. - At least level II of CPA/ACCA.
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge and application of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of prevailing International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Knowledge of Banking Systems.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Attentiveness to detail.
