business training, mentoring and access to competitive start-up/ business
enhancement loans for young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 years in northern Uganda
with the aim to reduce youth unemployment by stimulating a culture of
transformative entrepreneurship.

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for
overall leadership of KATI and its team of ten [10] dedicated professionals,
and accountable for a goal to cut costs and achieve profitability within 18
months.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
(e.g., Microfinance, Banking, Corporate Finance) - Seven years of related work experience in banking or microfinance,
including three years in relevant leadership roles (e.g., regional
manager, CEO, department head) - Demonstrated experience leading through change
- Good track record of cost reduction management
- Strong understanding of analytics and financial budgeting
- Passion for social impact
- The ideal candidate must be willing to permanently based in Lira,
