- Clean office premises daily ensuring that all assigned areas are
kept neat and equipped with necessities (i.e. toilet paper, towels,
sprays, etc.) - Make requests for, and ensure that office cleaning materials are
available at all times. - Avail all essential tea items at all times and prepare and serve tea
(break/afternoon) on time and in a clean environment. - Safe guard all utensils and kitchen equipment and report any
losses/breakages immediately to the supervisor. - Prepare and submit monthly requests for essentials a week before the
month end. - Safeguard all valuables found during cleaning and ensure that any
information observed during cleaning is kept confidential. - Provide support in receiving and directing (guiding)
visitors/callers to the respective offices/officers, when the jobholders
(Receptionist/administrative assistant) are out of office. - Support Administrative Assistants in clerical work whenever
requested. - Assist in the filing of documents, photocopying and in loading and
off-loading of items whenever requested to do so.
- The applicant for the Plan International Welfare Assistant job placement must hold an
O-level Certificate. - Previous experience in office Cleaning and Preparing Tea.
- NGO experience will be an added advantage.
