and wellness in East Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The Floor manager will be tasked with recruiting, training and
    supervising staff
  • In charge of ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health
    and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Responsible for promoting and marketing the business
  • Tasked with overseeing stock levels
  • In charge of handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Responsible for taking reservations
  • In charge of greeting and advising customers
  • Tasked with problem solving
  • Assessing and improving profitability
  • Setting targets
  • Handling administration and paperwork
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities
    and sales representatives
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing
    the restaurant.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relative
    field
  • At least two years of experience in a related field – either
    clothing or food related industry
  • Stock control experience is required 
  • Training and Leadership experience in previous jobs
  • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
