Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Floor manager will be tasked with recruiting, training and
supervising staff - In charge of ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health
and safety legislation/guidelines - Responsible for promoting and marketing the business
- Tasked with overseeing stock levels
- In charge of handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Responsible for taking reservations
- In charge of greeting and advising customers
- Tasked with problem solving
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Setting targets
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities
and sales representatives - Making improvements to the running of the business and developing
the restaurant.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relative
field - At least two years of experience in a related field – either
clothing or food related industry - Stock control experience is required
- Training and Leadership experience in previous jobs
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
