Job Summary: The Accounting and Finance Officer will
maintain and implement financial reporting that complies with the international
Accounting standards in line with organization policies and procedure.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Finance, Accounting ,
B.Com or Business Administration - Three to five years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2
years as manager or supervisor - Good knowledge of computer software and applicability of accounting
packages - Good analytical and interpretational skills of financial reports.
- Membership to a Professional Accounting body like CPA or ACCA an
added advantage - Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in micro-finance and for commercial banking is highly
desirable.
