Job Summary: The Secretary is responsible for
administrative functions such as raising invoices, formatting and binding
reports such as management letters and financial statements, preparing outgoing
letters and assisting in reception duties. The secretary will report to the
Internal Services Officer or appropriate officer as assigned.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

all letters and other correspondence, as required.

to partners’ requests.

with reception duties, as and when required, including handling all outgoing and

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal
candidate for the Secretary job must hold a diploma in Office Management and
Secretarial Studies. Possession of a university degree will be an added
advantage
