Leadership Centre (NFLC) was established by the Government of Uganda (GoU)
under Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as part of
national development interventions in the agriculture sector for socioeconomic
transformation.

- The applicant must hold an honors bachelor’s degree in any of the
following fields: Agriculture Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Fisheries,
Animal Husbandry, Biological Sciences, Economics, Development Studies Or Natural
Sciences from a reorganized University or Institution: plus a - Masters, degree in any of the above fields from a recognized
university or institution. - A post graduate qualification in Management or Administration will
be an added advantage - At least ten years of working experience, five (05) of which should
be at Senior Managerial level in government or equivalent level of
experience from reputable organization - Experience in working with an Agricultural Training Institute will
be an added advantage

academic certificates and testimonials, and appointment letters as evidence of
working experience and two referees, one of whom must be a current or previous
