Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will mainly fine-tune
and optimize the current marketing strategy in order to support the Company
effort in achieving the growth targets set by the management in the livestock
and poultry agri sector. The incumbent will draft and set up a suitable dynamic
marketing strategy for dressed chicken, a new activity that the Company will be
engaging in early next year, in order to achieve successful market penetration
and rapid acquisition of market share in that sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sectors- Agri (livestock feeds, poultry day-old chicks & feed,
vaccines & veterinary products) - Carry out market research in both these sectors
- Formulate advertising strategy and campaigns tailored to the
different sectors, their products and their target market (TV, radio,
social media, promotional events) - Continue to build onto the existing agri sector brands, and drive
the establishment of the new dressed chicken brand - Implement an effective customer relations management policy to
ensure constant feedback from the market and appropriate and effective
response by the Company when necessary - Collaborate closely with the rest of the Commercial department team-
Agri & Dressed chicken managers, sales support team, admin team,
logistics. - Directly oversee the marketing officer
- Work together with any ad agencies that the Company may engage with.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in BBA or any other related
field - Three to four years of experience in marketing in a similar field
- Professional marketing qualification is an added advantage.
