Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs on fridges and air
conditioners on the estate. - Preparing schedules for the servicing and maintenance of air
conditioners and fridges. - Conducting check ups on the chiller plant room.
- Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance on air
conditioners and fridges. - Installing and commissioning new and used air conditioners in the
factory, bungalows and other places as may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a National Diploma in refrigeration and air
conditioning from a recognized institution. - At least three years of hands-on experience as a refrigeration
technician with basic repair and maintenance skills. - Age: 25 years and
above
