About US:
Ginah’s Bakes
specializes in making specialty cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, pastries and
desserts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Preparing
and baking of cakes, tarts and confectioneries under best food preparation
standards
·        
Provide
support to other bakers as and when needed.
·        
Cleaning
of working area according to the health and safety regulations.
·        
Cleaning
of equipment and utensils according to the health and safety regulations
·        
Cleaning
machinery, premises, vehicles, furniture, implements, tools, utensils or goods at
the bakery.
·        
Perform
any other lawful and reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in a related degree. Those with qualifications in  Catering, Hospitality  have an added advantage. 
·        
Applicants
who passed Home Economics and mathematics at A’ level have an added advantage.
·        
Experience
in cake baking with good skills in cake decoration using both butter cream and
fondant is an added advantage
·        
High
self-drive.
·        
Ability
to work under minimal supervision
·        
Applicants
with a background in art also have an added advantage.
·        
Age: Between 20-25 years
