• Oversees behaviour activities in the field, i.e. schools,
  communities and health staff;
• Conducts trainings in health and hygiene;
• Monitors WASH infrastructure including operation and maintenance;
• Organizes school hygiene competitions.

• The applicant must hold a BA degree in social science or community
  development or equivalent
• At least three years of relevant experience in working with a non
  for profit organisation or a reputable community based organisation
  preferably working with young people
• Experience and knowledge in implementing a Water and Sanitation
  Project (WASH) is a MUST
• Experience in training and creative facilitation.
• Knowledge of local Government development structures and policies
• Experience working with rural communities especially community
  mobilization and networking
• Experience of working with youths groups
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team work and ability to work
  independently
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Excellent computer skills
