Uganda (A4HU) is a youth empowerment organization dedicated to mainstream young
peoples’ engagement in socio-economic development and promoting Sexual and
Reproductive Health and rights (SRHR). A4HU was registered in October 2017 as a
new entity to take over the operations of DSW (Deutsche Stiftung
Weltbevoelkerung) in Uganda. For the past 18 years DSW has supported the
implementation of a portfolio of projects to improve sexual and reproductive
health of young people in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees sanitation entrepreneurship in the field;
- Trains sanitation entrepreneurs;
- Provides technical support to M&E activities;
- Works closely with local authorities to comply with regulatory
requirements: - Prepares training material and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Project Engineer- Sanitation must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil or Water Engineering or related discipline. - At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
- Competence in computer skills is a must (word processing and spread
sheets). - Fluent in Luganda language, oral and written English.
