• Ensure effective planning, coordination, implementation and
  evaluation of the Way of Working (WoW) at the Plant.
• Implement changes identified through new strategic initiatives.
• Drive the loss and waste analysis,
• Drive adherence to Divisional Standards.
• Facilitate key leader Training Programs.
• Drive coaching and mentoring in the team and drive the Supply Chain
  Way Principles.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial
  Engineering or a related field.
• Eight years of experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or
  training related field including three years’ experience in implementing
  Manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical
  ability and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear capability and credibility
  to influence.
• Must be a strong Change Agent, a good team player possessing a high
  degree of integrity. Flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum
  supervision
