and distributors of CocaCola Products in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective planning, coordination, implementation and
evaluation of the Way of Working (WoW) at the Plant. - Implement changes identified through new strategic initiatives.
- Drive the loss and waste analysis,
- Drive adherence to Divisional Standards.
- Facilitate key leader Training Programs.
- Drive coaching and mentoring in the team and drive the Supply Chain
Way Principles. - Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial
Engineering or a related field. - Eight years of experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or
training related field including three years’ experience in implementing
Manufacturing efficiency initiatives. - Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical
ability and problem solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills with clear capability and credibility
to influence. - Must be a strong Change Agent, a good team player possessing a high
degree of integrity. Flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum
supervision
