Bank in November 1999. Standard Chartered Bank Uganda today has a network of 11
branches in Kampala, Jinja, Mbale, Mbarara and Gulu. Standard Chartered Bank
Uganda has 29 ATMs and over 600 staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Own
Personal Banking and Priority Banking segment acquisition & proposition
strategy and its execution thereby supporting achievement of revenue, balance
sheet, and operating profit targets agreed in annual budget, and establishing
fundamentals for the longer-term performance of the business.
·        
Achieve
a balanced growth of the business:
·        
Maximise
market share, client satisfaction and staff satisfaction
·        
Support
in building and maintaining robust controls environment to ensure business
sustainability
·        
Support
growth of both sides of the balance sheet, with special focus on Current and
Savings Account (CASA) growth

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate for the Standard Chartered Bank Manager Segment Proposition
& Solutions Retail Clients should be a University Degree
·        
Excellent
analytical Skills and Ideation with ability to solve for client propositioning
