Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the Manager job role must hold an A’ level
    certificate
  • A minimum of four (4) years of bar/lounge experience, in a busy
    environment, including at least two (2) at a managerial/supervisory level
  • Very customer-focused, with highly developed communication skills
  • Results oriented and driven
  • Highly developed leadership qualities
  • Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly flexible, with a curious mindset
  • A very organized, presentable and outgoing demeanor
