Job Summary:  The bookkeeper will support the outsourced
bookkeeping service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Assign
accounting codes for hundreds of client documents (bank statements,
investments, credit card statements) and enter data into accounting software.
Experience with Caseware, Quick Books and Sage 50 preferred.
·        
Review
other bookkeepers’ work for accuracy and completeness
·        
Work as
a team with international accounting firms through email, phone and skype
·        
Meet
time deadlines as set by the Accounts Manager for each client
·        
Perform
any other tasks as may be prescribed

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
The applicant must
hold a Bachelor’s degree
