Pentecostal church is working in partnership with Compassion International in
fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew
28:16-20. This is done in a holistic approach which includes Child Development
Ministry. Nakasongola Pentecostal church is engaged in Christian Child
Development Ministry targeting the neediest of the needy children in
Nakasongola region.

Ministry. Nakasongola Pentecostal church is engaged in Christian Child
Development Ministry targeting the neediest of the needy children in
Nakasongola region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a Christian model for children, their families and communities.
- Facilitating the need identification process
- Assist with implementing holistic child development programs.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of child to sponsor correspondence,
child information document and materials - Conduct sponsor tour and visits
- Being in charge of child program attendance monitoring
- Management of all program Key Result Areas
- Attend to other tasks assigned by Project leadership
- Involvement in the Local Church Programs in support of Christian
ministry in the community
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must be a Clinical officer with a certificate/ diploma
in clinic medicine in public health/Dentist and Registered Nurse Enrolled
Nurse or equivalent qualification - Skills in counselling and knowledge in HIV/AIDS interventions will
be added advantage. - Proven integrity in personal and public life in line with Christian
value - Must be a mature devoted born again Christian
- Previous experience with OVC is added advantage
- Being a resident worker in Nakasongola Geographical area.
- Age: Between 22-
35 years
