Job Summary: The Assistant Data Administrator will be accountable to the Production Manager
and receiving instructions from them, to record and analyse the production
performance of the fish and feed from breeding through to harvest.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Fish production records & data analysis: Perform and supervise all capturing,
collection, compilation, analysis and presentation of data as assigned by
Production Manager/Management.

- Collect and capture data from various production fields, ensuring
this is carried out in a consistent and accurate manner. - Capturing and compiling the data using systems designed.
- Feed fish in the cages
- Producing daily and weekly production reports from the captured
data, both production and other administrative information. - Assist in carrying out research on both fish, feed performances, and
advise management accordingly. - Monitoring all the on-going trials/research on the farm.
- Assist in filing functions for the Production Department.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Assistant Data Administrator job must hold a
Degree in either Fisheries and Aquaculture, Agriculture, Records and
Information management - Relevant experience in a similar role 1-2 years is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Good acumen for numbers/figures
- Analytical mindset with problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze
and relevantly circulate information with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask is a must
- Experience in accounting software Sage Pastel is an added advantage
