Job Summary: The Director Finance is responsible for
financial and accounts management and reporting, as well as logistical and
general administration matters of the Airline. He/she will be expected to
provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning,
accounting, treasury management, financing and budgeting functions of the
Airline. He/She will be required to develop, maintain and implement an
effective corporate financial management system that is technology driven and
will provide internal controls and financial reports to the board and senior
management across the airline. The Director Finance will take complete
financial responsibility for the business and provide comprehensive reporting
of all financial activity. He/She will contribute to the strategic leadership
of the company business and assume primary responsibility for all financial activities,
ensuring good financial health and effective working capital management of the
airline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

and control, under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, all funds of
the Airline, in accordance with the Company laws, regulations and policies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

ideal candidate for the Uganda Airlines Director Finance job placement must be
a professionally qualified chartered accountant, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent
qualification in Finance.
