responsible for coordinating the programmes and child sponsorship activities in
the regions and building positive relationships with key players in line with
the vision, mission and goals of Fields of Life. He/she is responsible for
Community Development Officers based at regional level.
- Planning, organizing, implementing and reviewing sponsorship
procedures and systems. - Oversee and maintain the sponsorship database, generate and
disseminate summaries and reports for management in line with the
sponsorship policies and procedures. - Liaison and support
- Supervise, appraise and build capacity of FOL Community Development
Officers in line with organization policies; enhancing the relevant
knowledge and skills. - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
any of the following fields: social sciences, social work, psychology;
development studies or a related field. - Five years of experience in coordinating a portfolio of multiple
projects in at least 3 of the following programme areas; Education,
Sponsorship, child protection, WASH, gender, livelihoods and food
security, or any related programme area. - Excellent organization skills and ability to use databases and
programmes like Excel. - Excellent knowledge about donor relations, policies and procedures.
