• Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analyze all
  financial objectives in the Fleet Department.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce
  downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance.
• Ensure that vehicles are always ready and available to meet orders
  by scheduling and monitoring current trends in the industry, so as to
  enable forecasts.
• Develop, implement and enforce vehicle management best practices,
  policies and procedures.
• Participate in planning, processing and execution of motor vehicle
  purchases, disposal and replacement processes in an efficient manners
• Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building
  for the fleet management team members.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and
  national rules and regulations.
• Ensure proper registration status of all company vehicles.
• Follow up on the motor vehicle insurance licensing and renewal
  processes.
• Monitor fuel purchases by administering fuel cards for all vehicles
  to their respective drivers. This is done in order to regulate costs and
  expenses.

• The Fleet Manager must hold BTLM, B.Motor Vehicle Eng.
• At least three years of working experience in a service or
  manufacturing industry
• Age: Below 45
  years old.
