Job Summary: The Clerk of Works will participate in the
development and growth of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising, all the works of contractors. – Should be at the site
full time. - Understanding the building industry, the knowledge of materials,
trades and methods. - Good Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
- Good Communication & negotiation skills.
- Weekly report making (should have good writing skills).
- Maintain the daily site diary.
- Physical Fitness & ability to cope with the tight schedule &
specification.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, in Civil
Engineering. - 5 years for Degree holders, seven years for Diploma holders, or
relevant post-graduate experience in reputable organizations. - Excellent Computer skills
