About US:
Century Bottling
Company Limited and Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited are Franchise Bottlers
and distributors of CocaCola Products in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure the team controls, maintains, and operates Hi-tech equipment
    on the Production Lines.
  • Ensure daily operational monitoring of line equipment and their
    accessories is conducted.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach the team to ensure
    productivity
  • Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
    records in line with The Coca Cola Management System requirements.
  • Ensure all mechanical breakdowns and rectified breakdowns are
    handled
  • Ensure Quality control during Production.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Team Leader Packaging must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
    Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related field.
  • Three years of technical and leadership experience in a FMCG
    environment
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Packaging processes
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
  • Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical
    ability and problem solving skills.
  • Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity,
    flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum supervision
