and distributors of CocaCola Products in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team controls, maintains, and operates Hi-tech equipment
on the Production Lines. - Ensure daily operational monitoring of line equipment and their
accessories is conducted. - Conduct performance reviews and coach the team to ensure
productivity - Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
records in line with The Coca Cola Management System requirements. - Ensure all mechanical breakdowns and rectified breakdowns are
handled - Ensure Quality control during Production.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Team Leader Packaging must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related field. - Three years of technical and leadership experience in a FMCG
environment - Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Packaging processes
- MS Office skills
- Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical
ability and problem solving skills. - Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity,
flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum supervision
