About US:

Agri Exim is a bulk
supplier of premium quality certified organic agro commodities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Project volumes anticipated from each project by obtaining reports
on acreage and crop performance.
Manage the procurement process by setting up buying centers and
equipping them with staff for procurement.
Identify traders, draw up contracts and negotiate prices for
procurement.
Closely work with sales and factory to ascertain demand and plan
product sourcing accordingly.
Compute quantity reconciliations so we keep track of inventory
movements and proper accountability.
Oversee projects to ensure company set volumes and quality standards
are met
Supervise ﬁeld activities to ensure farmers have clear and complete
documentation for certification
Identify gaps in the supply chain system and design appropriate
controls to close the gaps and ensure efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The Supply Chain/Project Manager must hold a Degree in Agriculture,
or Supply chain and management
Supply chain/procurement is an added advantage.
Six to ten years of relevant experience in agricultural commodity
supply chain and project management.
Experience in Organic Agri-commodity management will be an added
advantage.
