Agri Exim is a bulk
supplier of premium quality certified organic agro commodities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Project volumes anticipated from each project by obtaining reports
    on acreage and crop performance.
  • Manage the procurement process by setting up buying centers and
    equipping them with staff for procurement.
  • Identify traders, draw up contracts and negotiate prices for
    procurement.
  • Closely work with sales and factory to ascertain demand and plan
    product sourcing accordingly.
  • Compute quantity reconciliations so we keep track of inventory
    movements and proper accountability.
  • Oversee projects to ensure company set volumes and quality standards
    are met
  • Supervise field activities to ensure farmers have clear and complete
    documentation for certification
  • Identify gaps in the supply chain system and design appropriate
    controls to close the gaps and ensure efficiency.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Supply Chain/Project Manager must hold a Degree in Agriculture,
    or Supply chain and management
  • Supply chain/procurement is an added advantage.
  • Six to ten years of relevant experience in agricultural commodity
    supply chain and project management.
  • Experience in Organic Agri-commodity management will be an added
    advantage.
