Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Preparation
and making seminar/workshop 
presentations
·        
Advise
on developing and implementing a long term training and a strategic capacity
development plan;
·        
Professional
Training of individuals in seminars in different professional areas
·        
Training
of organizations in different professional areas
·        
Identify
specific capacity building requirements and define the skills needed for the
different participating stakeholders;
·        
Provide
expert advice and guidance to the APCBL 
on all training and capacity building related matters;
·        
Conduct
capacity development activities with the APCBL and other partners
·        
Develop
and cost capacity building workshops for participating stakeholders, design capacity
building modules and training plans;
·        
Advise APCBL
on many  relevant areas and functions in
the developing of training materials, planning, preparation and implementation
of operational training programs
·        
Assist
in the design, planning and implementation of other capacity building
activities if required, such as organization tailored trainings
·        
Assist
APCBL in managing and coordinating and re-profiling of the Procedures and
Training sections
·        
Conduct
onsite trainings and mentorships for different clients (Organizations )
·        
Identify
training and development needs of APCBL clients
·        
Design
and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the
organizations and individuals
·        
Work in
a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in
an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at
board level
·        
Devise
relevant training and  learning plans for
individuals /organizations
·        
Ensure
that statutory training requirements are met
·        
Evaluate
training and development programmes
.
·        
Advise
on the cost effectiveness of trainings and seminars

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
Possession
of a minimum of an honor’s degree in different Professional fields. Applicants
with master’s degree or equivalent have an added advantage
·        
Previous
experience in conducting trainings and excellent presentation skills
·        
Proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required
·        
Proficiency
& experience in Practical trainings in computerized accounting/data
analysis using different software is a must for Practical skills trainers
·        
Excellent
communication, written, technical and interpersonal skills required
