introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the
Private Sector.

Job Summary: The Portfolio Coordinator (Private Sector
Loans) will coordinate collections activities for Private Sector Loans

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recover non-performing loans.
- Analysing collection trends for Private Sector loans.
- Physically visiting clients at their work place.
- Liaising with Loans Officers to help trace the clients.
- Interaction with customers, competitors and appropriate responses
gathered. - Help identify market opportunities, competitor’s strength, weakness
and their activities. - Fraud deterrence and advise accordingly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Platinum Credit Portfolio Coordinator (Private
Sector Loans) job position must hold a Degree in a relevant field. - Three years’ experience in a similar position/ any other collections
related role preferably in financial institution. - Computer knowledge.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
