Job Summary: The Internal Control & Auditing Manager
will be responsible for internal control management of the Company. The
incumbent will also be responsible for the auditing management of the Company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the process control and quality assurance of the
finance management of the Company. - Prepare the internal auditing plans and reports.
- Provide suggestion for maintenance and appreciation of assets.
- Lead on the Government audits and Partner audits.
- Keep good relations with the Government departments and the
Partners. - Establish and continuously improve the working plan and regulations
of auditing, while providing better methods. - Check the processes of the Company’s business in accordance with the
policies and the JOA, make the reports and provide suggestions to
Management. - Responsible for the annual 404 review.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the CNOOC Uganda Internal Control &
Auditing Manager job opportunity should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree or above in Finance, Management or the related. - A minimum of ten years of related working experience including eight
years of experience in oil industry. - Extensive knowledge of Ugandan, Chinese and international laws on
economics, commerce, financing, accounting, taxation and insurance. - Extensive knowledge of GAAP and SAP.
- Understanding of oil E&P.
