producer of offshore crude oil and natural gas. China National Offshore Oil

production.
Executive’s effectiveness by providing administrative and information
management support.
- Responsible for facilitating communication with Government
officials, Partners and other key Stakeholders. - Responsible for managing the Executive’s schedule, appointment
schedule, travel arrangements, meetings, conferences and keeping the
Executive well informed about the upcoming commitments. - Preparing final written business correspondence such as letters, memoranda,
meeting minutes and other presentation material such as PPT’s, tables and
charts using computer graphics and spreadsheets. - Coordinating and representing the Executive in meetings and events.
- Answers and screens telephone calls for the executive, relays the
messages, sorts and transmits Executive’s mail and correspondences and
responds promptly to queries. - Greeting and welcoming visitors on behalf of the Executive.
- Acts a point of contact for the Employees and should interact with
all employees and management. - Maintains stationery, office supply inventory and petty cash for the
Executive. - Continuously reads and researches inquiries on behalf of the
Executive. - Ensuring confidentiality of personnel issues and Company data.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Executive.
- The ideal candidate for the CNOOC Uganda Executive Assistant job
opportunity should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in
Business administration, Law, Information Technology or the equivalent. - Essential is an equivalent of a first class or second class upper
degree (Ensure to attach copies of your academic certificates). - At least 0-2 years related working experience preferably with an
international organization. - Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent scheduling and calendar management skills, including the
coordination of complex executive meetings - Experience using office equipment such as printers, projectors,
conferencing equipment, fax machines etc. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook and other office management systems.
