Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will develop and
conduct marketing campaigns to effectively promote Engsol products &
services

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing cost effective marketing campaigns.
- Implement sales strategies that match customer needs through
promotion of Engsol products, services & culture. - Coordinate advertising activities with our partners and conduct monthly
research on competition, sales & channel health. - Organize public events, shows and displays of company products and
or services. - Writing and proof reading of business proposals & presentations.
- Design S.O.P’s for ATL, BTL activities and coordinates all the
company departments in the implementation of the marketing plan. - Monitor & evaluate impact of al l ATL & BTL activities.
- Coordinate campaigns on Company website & social media
platforms. - Monitor feedback, analyze data & coordinate customer calls (Pre
& Post /sales/ service calls). - Monitor show room floor traffic & submit monthly reports about
key aspects of both closed & lost sales. - Generate & distribute monthly statistics and pricing market data
in form of a PV map. - Collect accurate market/ industry mapping information & data.
- Responsible for Branding as per the company CIP and shall ensure
safe custody of all branding, POS & other promotional materials. - Carry out any other assignments given to him/ her by the sales &
marketing manager from time to time. - Uphold approved code of conduct.
