• Ensure efficient machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment
  operation by establishing a well-planned preventive maintenance program.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by efficient
  stock control and procurement strategies.
• Provides mechanical and electrical maintenance information and
  prepare reports.
• Continuously maintains technical knowledge.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and
  communicating actions‘
• Compliance with all legislation, including environment, health and
  safety and exceptional housekeeping.
• Manage projects, assist in maintenance budget preparation
  and continuous cost management.

• The applicant should preferably hold a relevant mechanical and/or
  electrical qualification from a reputable training institution.
• At least ten years of experience in mechanical and electrical
  maintenance of relevant equipment.
• High level of technical knowledge, competency and problem-solving
  skills
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to his team, to
  identify training gaps and to provide training where necessary.
• Self-motivated, result driven and adaptable to be able to work with
  minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).
