Rehabilitation Services in Uganda (for people with disability) was established
in 2006 as a private non-profit, non-governmental organization and is supported
by CBM (Christian Blind Mission). CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital and
Rehabilitation Centre on Entebbe Road provides Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic
Surgery and Rehabilitation, mainly for children with disability.

Job Summary: The Head of Strategic Information and Reporting will supervise and
provide technical and strategic guidance to other functional units given under
this role including Media and Communications, Fundraising, Grants/Projects and
Research. The jobholder oversees preparation and implementation of grant
proposals/projects, coordinates and supports the hospital M&E activities.
The incumbent will be managing and monitoring grants from inception until
completion and will be involved in all stages of the process.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a University degree preferably in Project
Management, Grants Writing/Project Management, Statistics, M&E, or any
other relevant field - A qualification in promotions, marketing, and communication.
- Post graduate qualification in Proposal Writing is an added advantage
- At least four years of experience with proven track record of grant
development and management planning, fundraising, and budgeting for
institutional and private donors. - Thorough knowledge of MS Office and analytical packages
- Good understanding of disability inclusion
- A Clear understanding of the workings of bi-lateral and
multi-lateral institutional donors - Knowledge of local languages
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Team leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills
