Job Summary: The Sales Executive will develop and conduct
marketing campaigns to effectively promote Engsol products & services. The
incumbent will be tasked with professional and profitable promotion and sale of
Engsol products and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial:
- To achieve established sales targets (number of units and gross
profit). - To manage operational expenses wherever possible.
- To prospect potential new sales from new and existing customers.
- To actively promote all equipment, parts and services that ENGSOL
deals in through customer visits, phone calls, emails or other means. - Participate in networking events and activities.
- Input into monthly sales forecast meetings.
- Follow established sales processes and liaise with all departments
when necessary. - To have good product knowledge of the equipment that ENGOL sells as
well as our competitor’s equipment. Note that training may be conducted
out of Uganda. - Conduct new equipment handovers to customers.
- Follow up on payments for equipment sold.
Documentation:
- Preparation and submission of weekly sales, lost sales and call
reports and visit schedules. - Preparation and submission of customer quotations and follow up for
Local Purchase Orders. - Monthly competitor analysis reports.
- Customer data base information sheets completed and regularly
updated.
Personal:
- Maintenance of personal health and hygiene standards.
- Awareness of risk and safety and promotion of the EHS policy in all
areas of business. - Adherence and compliance to ENGSOL HR Policies and Procedures.
- Living the ENGSOL values.
- Self-development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have competence on ENGSOL accounts system
(currently Tally) - The applicant must also have relevant skills and qualifications
