Sports (NCS) is a statutory organisation that was established in 1964, to among
other things; Develop, Promote and Control all forms of sports in the country.
will oversee the receiving, storage and issue of stores, supplies and office
equipment
- In charge of receiving, recording and storing supplies
- Responsible for receiving requisitions and orders and issuing stores
accordingly - Regularly taking Stock levels of the stores
- Checking and verifying stores invoices
- Keeping records of all stores received and issued out
- Maintaining up-to-date store ledgers and records
- Count and verify inventory lists of each department on regular basis
to make sure that inventory list and physical count results are accurate. - Responsible for ensuring compliance with stores control systems
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining records of disposal assets
for review and final decision. - Offloading obsolete goods from stores.
- The applicant must hold a diploma in in supplies and stores
management or procurement form a recognized awarding institution. - Possession of a bachelor’s degree in procurement or supplies and
logistics management will be an added advantage. - Procurement, disposal and contract management skills
