• In charge of receiving, recording and storing supplies
• Responsible for receiving requisitions and orders and issuing stores
  accordingly
• Regularly taking Stock levels of the stores
• Checking and verifying stores invoices
• Keeping records of all stores received and issued out
• Maintaining up-to-date store ledgers and records
• Count and verify inventory lists of each department on regular basis
  to make sure that inventory list and physical count results are accurate.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with stores control systems
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining records of disposal assets
  for review and final decision.
• Offloading obsolete goods from stores.

• The applicant must hold a diploma in in supplies and stores
  management or procurement form a recognized awarding institution.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in procurement or supplies and
  logistics management will be an added advantage.
