Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Finance and Administration Manager must hold an Honors degree in
accounting or Finance. - Subscribed member of ICPAU is a must. ACCA or MBA will be an
added advantage. - Five years of hands—on practical experience in a busy organization.
- Working knowledge of SACCOs or member based organizations and Micro-
finance organization. - Prior experience in auditing, managing a finance department, human
resources, contracting/procurement and financial reporting skills. - Age: 28 – 50 years
