Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling
and analyzing account information. - Documents financial transactions by entering account informa¬tion.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;
preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. - Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies
and procedures. - Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and
answering questions. - Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing
account information Answers accounting procedure questions by researching
and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. - Clearance of all URA taxes
- Complies with government financial legal requirements by studying
existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and
advising management on needed actions - Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing account information and trends - Perform any other duties assigned by the general manager or any
other company managements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in BBA or B.Com. with
emphasis in accounting - Professional qualifications i.e. ACCA /CPA
- Five years of experience, elevator and escalator industry work experience
will be given a priority - Good computer skills
- Age: Between 30-
45 years
