About US:
Finnish Refugee
Council (FRC) is an International NGO promoting adult education and community
development among refugees and has been active in Uganda since 1997 as an
operational partner to Office of the Prime Minister and United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Drive project vehicles in adherence to laws governing road safety.
  • To arrange and do basic maintenance of project vehicles.
  • Prepare maintenance and spare part requests, keep records of fuel
    and stocks.
  • Assist in purchases, deliveries and other program activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant for the Finnish Refugee Council (FRC) Driver job
    placement must hold a Secondary level education with good understanding of
    English.
  • Valid driving license with class B, DL
  • At least five years of clean driving experience.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge, certificate in mechanics and defensive
    driving is a plus.
